How it was started?

Soundproof Addict was born out of Mr. Ashish Singh’s personal experience and passion for creating peaceful environments. His story begins in the bustling city of Delhi, India, where he found himself living in a noisy apartment that disrupted his daily life.

Living in a city known for its hustle and bustle, Ashish was constantly bombarded with the sounds of traffic, neighbors, and street vendors. The relentless noise made it difficult to concentrate, sleep, and simply enjoy a moment of silence. Frustrated and determined to find a solution, Ashish embarked on a quest to silence the chaos.

One day, while searching for answers to his noise woes, he stumbled upon the term “soundproofing.” Intrigued, he started digging deeper into this subject, devouring articles, online resources and books such as Engineering Noise Control, Quieting: A Practical Guide to Noise Control etc. With each new piece of knowledge, his curiosity grew, and he decided to put theory into practice.

Over the course of two years, Ashish dedicated himself to transforming his noisy Delhi apartment into an oasis of tranquility. He experimented with various soundproofing techniques, from sealing gaps in windows to adding acoustic panels to his walls. Through trial and error, he achieved remarkable results, turning his apartment into a haven of peace and quiet.

But Ashish’s soundproofing journey didn’t end there. He eventually returned to his hometown of Patna, where he faced similar noise challenges. Drawing upon his newfound expertise, he tackled his Patna residence with the same determination, creating another soundproofed sanctuary.

It was during this time that Ashish had a revelation. He realized that his hard-earned knowledge could benefit countless others facing noise issues in their homes, offices, or studios.
