When it comes to soundproofing curtain of the best quality, it cannot be that the name of NICETOWN does not come up. This is one of my favorite brands in the world of sound absorbing curtains.
Its weigh more than 2kg which will increase its effectiveness a bit, but it is only in 2 layers, and therefore its effectiveness in soundproofing will be 33% low compared to a 3 layered one.
I tested the noise reduction capabilities of this curtain, (do you sound-absorbing curtain actually work?), and I notice a noise reduction of 13.7 dB, this is slightly poor in my opinion as for its cost.
By the way, its light blocking capabilities is super good, it can block 95%-100% of the light as you can see in this image-

You also need to consider the thickness of the curtains you are buying as well, as the thickness increases the sound absorption capacity. Thicker curtains have greater sound absorption capabilities, and they also tend to be heavier.
In my opinion, for an effective soundproof curtain for a door, it should weigh at least 2kg and have a minimum thickness of 0.3 inches. These specifications contribute to better soundproofing performance.
4. Material Quality
The material used in soundproof curtains is what determines their soundproofing effectiveness. If the material is not of good quality, the curtain may not provide adequate soundproofing for your room.
